United Methodist Women is an organization of women who want to take action and make a difference. We are particularly interested in missions for women and children. In our meetings, we have the chance to grow spiritually through worship, Bible study mission study and prayer. We develop meaningful and lasting relationships. We support missions at the local, national and world level through monies we raise by preparing the Valentine's banquet, preparing and serving the ladies Lenten brunch, the soup and cornbread lunch in the fall, and our financial gifts.UMW meets on the second Thursday September through May. At 10AM, ladies divide into 4 circles for devotions and circle updates. At 10:30 all ladies meet in the Wesley Room for fellowship. The general meeting with a program and business meeting starts at 11:00.
