If downloading and properly installing the above software does not fix the issue you are experiencing, there are many other factors that are involved in proper operation of files and software. Some of these include:

1. Having the latest version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer.
2. Having the latest service pack installed for your operating system (Windows XP or Vista).
3. Hardware issues such as insufficient memory can adversely affect performance.
4. If you continue to experience difficulties with the site, consult your computer advisor.

 
If you have an older computer system or continue to be unable to access the capabilities of this website, we offer a text-only version of the site that will give you most of the information available in a plain-text format. It is the same up to date information without many of the extra "bells and whistles" that can be detrimental in the operation of older computer systems or those with limited computing capabilities.
